When we welcome new Managed Services clients on board, our first priority is to address any day-to-day reliability or security concerns. We then proactively manage your computer network, addressing issues that could lead to downtime before it ever occurs. Reducing the amount of reactive, break/fix work allows both WingSwept and our clients to focus on mid-and long-term IT planning, implementing new technologies that produce far more savings than they cost.

We’ll also evaluate your servers (cloud and/or on-premise) extensively, ensuring that they are well maintained and are meeting your needs. Once we’ve optimized email, data and file servers, we’ll proactively monitor them to ensure they remain fast and free of viruses and malware.
