Customer Service Representative - Garner, NC
Job summary
WingSwept is accepting applications for the Customer Service Representative position. The ideal applicant would have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic. The position will be responsible for all areas of customer interaction and will be the primary interface between the customer and the company. This position is for full-time employment. This job is located in Garner N.C. and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
The responsibilities of the position will include:
- Gather and enter information over the phone from customers and via email from customers
- Monitor the customers website development through the various stages of development
- Contact current customers from time to time as needed for website updates and collections
- Maintain accurate records of sales and service tickets
- This is the key person to gather information over the phone from new customers that will be provided by in-house salesmen
- Perform administrative and clerical functions to support office operations and sales efforts
- Maintain company customer records and CRM records for all customers and prospects
- Perform normal duties associated with being a Customer Service Representative
- Keeping all customer blog entries current on corporate website
- Schedule selected applicants for background check and drug test
- Must consistently convey an upbeat and positive attitude when interacting with customers and prospective customers
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma. At least two years of secondary education preferred
- Must be able to work a consistent schedule during normal business hours
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel and research via the Web
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with customers is a must
- Must have reliable transportation available during working hours
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Compensation
Compensation will be determined based on the qualifications of the candidate and the nature of the position with monthly profit sharing bonuses. Salary histories and references are required.
