Our helpdesk is a quick and easy way for customers to request IT support from WingSwept's technology consultants. All the technicians are qualified to answer your computer network questions and concerns. The helpdesk is where customers email or call for assistance or information. It is a systematic way WingSwept delegates tasks and makes certain all customers' needs are being met.

Customer service is of the upmost importance at WingSwept, and our information technology helpdesk is one way of executing premiere client satisfaction.

We offer two channel of communication to deliver timely support to customers:

Email. Email messages sent to help@wingswept.com are integrated into our ticketing system, which are routed to an available engineer who can solve your problem. This is seen as the timeliest way to contact us, because it automatically creates a service ticket and directly alerts all technicians so the first available one will contact you to serve your needs.

Telephone. This is for emergencies and more urgent IT matters. To access the help desk please call (919) 600-5100. Voicemails also create a task in our ticketing system. A wide range of methods for handling denied messages are offered with WingSwept's email management product to make sure you never lose an email.

WingSwept's goal is to keep in constant communication with you until your issue is resolved.
