Our Process
#1 Listen
The most important part of our process begins before any designs are cast or code is written. Why? We want to know your challenges, business objectives and intended outcomes before we determine how our expertise can make those ideas reality. That's why this is often called the "discovery" phase, because this is our chance to "discover" your goals and desired outcomes.
During this phase, we'll ask lots of questions, so don't be afraid to tell us what you want to accomplish. We want to provide the best solution for your unique situation. The more we know up front about your long-term objectives, the better the solution we can recommend. Whether you're updating an existing application or launching a new initiative, we can recommend the optimum strategies and tools to achieve your goals. Some of our questions may focus on:
- Project objectives and specifications
- Target audience(s)
- Competitors
- Expected project budget and timeframe
- Existing systems/processes
- Past projects, technologies and/or methods used to address the organization's needs
We'll also ask questions that help us figure out what it would take on our end to provide an integrated solution. The size and scope of your project determines the resources we need to make it happen.
