They are experienced, dedicated professionals with decades of combined experience across a wide range of industries. They are dedicated to maintaining your computer network’s reliability. They also dedicated to keeping your employees happy and productive. Finally, they’re dedicated to their profession, and they’re only an email or a phone call away if you’re experiencing any technical challenges.

Managed Services Division Leader

Jay Strickland, CISSP Founder / CEO

Jay's passion for technology was realized while attending NCSU, where he earned his BS in Computer Science. He began web development consulting in 1995 for two groups who are now WingSwept's most tenured clients. Upon graduation, Jay entered the US Air Force where he served for four years separating honorably at the rank of Captain. Jay lives in Raleigh with his wife and three daughters and enjoys working on older Jeeps, outdoor activities, hunting and watching his youngest daughter play volleyball.
April Strickland, SPHR VP, Human Resources

Since earning her degree in Psychology from Duke University, April has been with WingSwept, working along with Jay to help the company excel — and working to help our growing team feel at home. April is a supportive wife and mother to three girls. She enjoys good music and Mexican food.
Allison Lehman, CISSP VP, Application Development

Allison interned at WingSwept while earning her bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Computer Science from NC State University in just three years. Now, her web development expertise in Java offers customized web application solutions to all types of clients. Allison lives in Raleigh with her husband and children. She enjoys traveling, photography and water sports.

Keith Shearin VP, Managed Services

Keith returned home to Raleigh and joined WingSwept’s leadership team in early 2019 after retiring from the USAF as a Lieutenant Colonel following over 20 years of service. During his time in the Air Force he served in multiple project management and leadership roles culminating as the Commander of a Flying Training Squadron in Texas. Keith received his BS from NCSU and his Masters from Air University and was a Distinguished Graduate from both Undergraduate Pilot Training and Pilot Instructor Training. Keith specializes in organizational leadership, strategy, and process improvement and has a passion for servant leadership and customer service.
Marcy Sawyer VP, Finance

Graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in English, Marcy began her career at UPS where she worked for 13 years. She and her husband then started their own business where she managed HR and Accounting. Over the last ten years, Marcy has used her financial expertise and love of process improvement to help guide WingSwept. In 2019 she earned a Master of Accounting degree from The University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. In her spare time, Marcy enjoys spending time with her husband and their six children.
Pierre Marcella VP of Sales

After earning his bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill, Pierre's career took him to France, Spain, Baltimore, Washington DC, and back to Raleigh. While Pierre's background is primarily in business development and account management, he began his career as a systems analyst, and loves to build and customize computers in his spare time. Today, he combines his passion for technology with his enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service, to help clients plot their IT course.

Martin Morgan General Manager - Vertical Markets

Although he grew up in upstate New York and earned a Broadcast Journalism degree from Syracuse University, Martin is very happy to call the Triangle home. He brings more than a decade of marketing leadership to WingSwept and lives in Raleigh with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, cycling, cooking and watching sports.

Adam Eastin Systems Administrator

A native of New Orleans, Adam moved to NC in 2019 after a friend suggested he relocate. Three months later, he met the love of his life, and they got married in January 2023. Adam has been working in IT since 2003 and still enjoys it to this day. He enjoys helping his wife in the garden and even created his own Cajun fridge pickles to accompany his wife's Sweet & Spice Pepper relish. Adam is an avid Saints fan, enjoys exploring back roads in his Jeep, playing with their three dogs, cooking Cajun food for friends, and keeping his wife away from garden shops.
Alex Craig Software Implementation and Support Specialist

Alex was born and raised in Raleigh and has also spent time living in California, D.C., and Pennsylvania. Her love of IT started at a previous job at the NC Dept of the State Treasurer, while working with developers on projects related to internal software and their self-service website. Alex then went back to school to study computer programming and development. She is excited to apply her passion for IT and her years of state government work in supporting government agencies in her current role.
Alex Warwick Service Team Lead

Born in Northern Virginia, Alex quickly became fascinated with both music and technology. In his free time he can usually be found playing music or trying to learn something new. Fun Fact: Alex enjoys playing music and has been playing guitar for more than 15 years!

Andre Pierre Handyman / Custodian

Andre grew up in NYC and has been working in maintenance for over 25 years. In 2018 Andre and his wife moved to North Carolina and joined the WingSwept family. When he’s not working, Andre enjoys playing chess, reading, watching sports and old movies, and attending concerts. Andre also loves spending time with his family, including his eight grandkids.
Andrea Fox Vertical Markets Customer Service Team Lead

Andrea was born in Florida, before her family moved to Long Island and finally settled in NC around 1995. A few years ago she started hearing about WingSwept and how great a company it is, so when she heard there was a job opening she quickly applied! Outside of work Andrea enjoys spending time with her family. She has one daughter, and her parents and sister also live in Raleigh. Andrea and her daughter have two cats named Sampson and Mocha. She also enjoys reading books, playing games (PC, board, card), and watching Netflix.
Angel Hoover Vertical Markets Customer Service Team Lead

Angel graduated from The Art Institute with a degree in Graphic Design. Although design is her passion, she also has a passion for customer service. Angel enjoys using her years of experience to help our customers solve issues. In her spare time she enjoys reading, painting, and studying art history. She also loves hanging out with her husband, kids, and rambunctious dalmatian Blaise.

Ben Williams Inside Sales Manager

After spending several years in other industries, Ben was able to incorporate his passion for helping companies grow with his affinity of technology. Driven by these passions, he concentrates his efforts on the success of his teams and the companies he services. Ben grew up in North Carolina and earned a degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. He also spent several years in Virginia, where he met his wife before they moved to North Carolina to start a family. He enjoys his free time with son, spending time in the back yard in the pepper garden and by the grill.
Benjamin Barnes Solutions Services Systems Analyst

Benjamin grew up in Roanoke Rapids, NC with a passion for sports and technology. He first fell in love with computers in the days of dial-up modems and Netscape Navigator. Benjamin also grew up a huge fan of UNC sports and the Carolina Hurricanes. He attended his parents’ alma mater UNC, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration in 2019. Being drawn to a career in IT, Benjamin joined the WingSwept team in 2020. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and spending time outdoors. Fun fact: A true Hurricanes superfan, Benjamin once went to 11 Canes homes games in the span of a month.
Brad Johnson Network Engineer

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Brad has more than 25 years of technical experience supporting private business, non-profit, government and military clients. His responsibilities include all aspects of hardware support and maintenance, as well as the onsite and remote assistance of users. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Microsoft Professional and holds many other certifications on various hardware platforms. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and bicycling, but not at the same time. Fun Fact: Brad has been to all of the Lower 48 states.

Brent Steffenhagen Customer Success Manager

Brent was born and raised in Holly Springs, NC and is the youngest of three siblings. He worked seven years in food service before he turned his lifelong affinity for technology into a budding IT career. In his free time, Brent enjoys video games, ping pong, and good food.
Caleb Sharpe Full Stack Developer

Caleb graduated from NC State University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. He joined WingSwept’s developing team as an intern in the summer of 2022 after helping teach STEM topics to elementary through middle school children. Caleb is a mediocre musician and a passionate competitor who loves bringing people together through sports, board games, and video games.
Calin Andrews Security Services Director

Calin received his associate degree in Computer Engineering from Cape Fear Community College and went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology: Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University. After working in the food service industry for 8 years while in high school and college, Calin started his IT career at WingSwept. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family.

Carletta Walls Vertical Markets Customer Service

Carletta joined WingSwept in 2019 with more than 10 years of customer service experience and a background in interior home hardware and design. She was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and moved her family to Garner in 2014 and never left. Carletta loves to garden, especially at home alongside her husband. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her husband, daughter, and son.
Chad Strickland Network Engineer

Chad was born and raised in NC and grew up on a tobacco farm near Middlesex. He’s been in IT since 1998 and loves interacting with customers. Early in his career Chad helped build an MSP from the ground up. He married his wife Judith in 1999, and they had their son Clay in 2011. Chad’s hobbies include MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and rooting for the Carolina Panthers.
Chris Bush Systems Analyst

Chris comes all the way from Pleasanton, California, where he group up as the youngest of four, while living in a house packed airtight with several dogs and cats. Once he finished high school his eyes were set out of state, looking for new experiences and new adventures. Spurred by his love of video games, Chris studied computer science at Oregon State University before returning home and finishing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Cal State East Bay, at which time he met a wonderful girl whom he later followed to North Carolina.

Chris Power Account Manager

Chris was born and raised in the great state of South Carolina before moving with his family to Lumberton, NC. Chris is a 2015 graduate of Methodist University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Physical Education. He played four years of collegiate baseball and two professional seasons in the United Shores Professional Baseball League (USPBL). Chris currently resides in Garner, NC with his beautiful fiancée Ivey Jae. He has many sports interests, but none trump his love for the Atlanta Braves.
Cody Hayslette Marketing Manager

Cody is originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL, but was raised in Raleigh, NC. He studied Exercise and Sport Science at UNC Chapel Hill. He began his marketing career with a youth soccer organization before joining WingSwept in 2023. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside with his family and working in his garden.
Colin Yeaney Senior Business Development Representative

Colin was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and earned his dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Colin joined the WingSwept family after beginning his career in Wisconsin, a place that was too cold to call home, and after living in Spain for a short period a time. Outside of work, Colin enjoys the simple things – good food, good exercise, good people, and good times.

Corbin Wall Sales Development Representative

Corbin was born and raised in North Carolina. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Appalachian State University. In his free time, Corbin enjoys reading and hanging out with his friends or family. He is also a huge college basketball fan, supporting the one true team of North Carolina: UNC.
Dan Shaver Systems Administrator

Dan has more than 15 years of IT experience. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dan is the middle of five kids. He attended Ohio University where he majored in Information Systems. Dan moved to Chicago when he was 22 with intentions to get out and see the world. Dan relocated to the D.C. area five years ago and enjoys watching and playing sports, camping, skiing, going to movies and concerts, and traveling. Fun Fact: Dan’s dad is 5’11” and his mom is 5’7″. He is 6’6″. No idea where that came from.
Dani Dernev SEO Analyst

Dani was born in Bulgaria and migrated to the U.S. in 2013. He graduated from NC State with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2018 and started his career in SEO in 2021. Dani lives in Raleigh with his girlfriend and their 3 cats James, Lorelai, and Spook. In his free time, he enjoys staying active (CrossFit, biking, basketball, weightlifting), reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, playing PlayStation, watching martial arts competitions, discussing movies, and watching stand-up comedy. Dani also enjoys grilling and is working to refine those skills.

Danielle Key Lead Developer

Danielle began at WingSwept as an intern, graduating from North Carolina State University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2008. Now full time, Danielle works across all of WingSwept's divisions developing robust web solutions to meet a variety of needs and challenges. Danielle enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and family.
David Jones Network Engineer

Arriving at WingSwept after claiming asylum from Brexit, David has been breaking things in IT for longer than he cares to admit. David holds Microsoft and Cisco certifications, and while the spotlight is an anathema to him, he works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything hums along as best it can. In his spare time, David enjoys looking at the stars, seeing new places, and watching sports that no one else understands.
Dustin Yuengling Service Team Lead

A native of Durham, North Carolina, Dustin had been working in the IT field for over 5 years within the event production and petroleum industries before joining the WingSwept team in 2019. From a young age, Dustin enjoyed taking anything electronic apart and learning how it worked. Dustin enjoys implementing solutions to make businesses more efficient and productive through technology. In his free time, he enjoys biking, camping, backpacking, and traveling. Once, he took a road trip all the way from North Carolina to the northern part of Alaska!

Grayson Bourne Ministry Coordinator

Grayson was born in Savannah, GA but grew up mostly in Charleston, SC. While he loves the beach, he loves the mountains even more and went to Clemson University for a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management in 2015. Grayson worked for a college ministry for 4 years afterwards, and then ended up in Raleigh in 2021 working as a Student Director at a church and pursing his Masters degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Grayson loves the outdoors, sports, movies, talking through the Bible, and hanging out with his wife and son.
Ike Hothi Systems Administrator

Ike was born and raised in the Triangle area and bounced around for a few years before he finally came to his senses and moved back to NC. Ike graduated with a Bachelor’s in Computing Security from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2018 and last worked a Security Analyst in Texas before he realized that infrastructure was his true calling. In his free time, Ike loves tennis, biking, and doing random computer projects with old computers he finds.
James Daniels Systems Analyst

James has a unique background marked by his rich experiences with technology and music. As a jazz musician, James has performed throughout the eastern US. His passion for music eventually led him to NC, where he completed a BA in Music, focused in Jazz Studies at North Carolina Central University. Originally from Florida, James brought over a decade of Apple technical support experience to WingSwept when he joined the team in 2021. He has worked in various managed services environments throughout NC and in his free time enjoys traveling with his significant other and performing in small jazz trios around town.

James Gallagher Systems Administrator

Ever since receiving his first computer (a Commodore VIC-20!) for Christmas in 1982, James has been a huge fan of computers and anything related to them. Then when they started breaking, there was no one around to figure out how to fix them, so he had to figure it out for himself. James spent 22 years in the nursery industry where he quickly became the IT "expert" for the nurseries he worked in. James enjoys playing with his two kids, spending time with his wife, golfing, playing video games, and fixing his Mom's computer. Fun fact: James has scored 100% with the guitar at the Expert Difficulty level on 11 songs in Rock Band. So far. He is probably prouder of this than he should be.
Jamie Warmbir Solutions Services Director

Jamie grew up in central Illinois, served as a Cavalry Scout in the US Army, and went on to receive his degree in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University. He's been involved with technology since 1999: deploying servers for a fortune 500 company, starting a technology service company, and building a larger MSP practice. Jamie brings diverse experience to WingSwept. Outside of technology, Jamie enjoys time with his family, hiking, reading, science fiction, and excellent dad jokes.
Jason Reyes Office Assistant

Jason is from Alexandria, VA and is currently attending George Mason University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is also in the Army ROTC program where he will be commissioning into the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant in the Spring of 2024. Jason is a team player and finds happiness when helping others in any way he can. During his free time, he enjoys watching and playing soccer, working out, and spending time with his closest friends and family.

JC Cranford Systems and Compliance Supervisor

JC spent many years at Cardinal International Trucks before coming to WingSwept. With a degree in Web Technologies and several professional certifications, JC is constantly behind the scenes making sure our clients' systems are running optimally and securely. JC enjoys comedies and spending time with his family.
Jeff Wightman Systems Analyst

Jeff joined the WingSwept team at the beginning of 2021, shortly after completing his Associate’s degree in IT at MyComputerCareer. He is a big fan of 3D modeling and animation, 3D printing, reading, and programming. Jeff considers himself a crazy dog person. His dog Crash eats and lives better than anyone else in his household.
Jeremy Spivey Cyber Compliance and Market Research Analyst

After graduating from the UNC in 2006, Jeremy conducted market research in the pharmaceutical industry, providing executives with strategic recommendations on corporate structure and anticipated market shifts. Jeremy continued to lead market research projects by day as he completed his MBA at NC State in 2012. Jeremy’s mission at WingSwept is to ensure that our service offerings are designed to best meet client needs, and to help the company spread its wings even further as it continues to gain the trust of new clients.

Jerry Narron Full Stack Developer

Jerry grew up in North Carolina and is extremely fond of his native state. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 2014 with a bachelor's in Computer Science and enjoys researching new technologies to benefit his productivity. Both he and his wife are avid ACC fans (even after all the merges). Jerry spends his free time PC or board gaming with family and friends, reading historical fiction or sci-fi/fantasy, and pretending to be handy around the house. Also Duke's mayonnaise is the only mayonnaise.
Jesse Blackmon Government Account Executive

Jesse was born in Florida and raised in Eastern North Carolina. Following high school, he joined the US Navy as a welder. After serving for 6 years, he moved to Raleigh to attend NSCU (International Studies). After school, he worked as a vendor manager for a local homebuilding company. He went back to school for an MBA in Supply Chain and Marketing. Before joining WingSwept he worked for a consulting company. Jesse likes to go traveling with his wife, garden and collect hobbies.
Joe Spriggs Dispatcher

Joe grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated college in 2018 with a major in geospatial science and a minor in economics. After working numerous bar and service industry jobs, Joe made a pivot to IT with a strong customer service background. He is a big gardener with interests in VR gaming, photography, and photo/video editing. His favorite past time is talking about technology and anything revolving around pc gaming.

Jose Martinez Hernandez Vertical Markets Customer Service

Jose joined WingSwept’s customer service team in 2021. He earned his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Elon University in 2018 and is fluent in Spanish. In his free time, Jose enjoys playing basketball and video games.
Joseph Greene Full Stack Developer

Joseph was born and raised in Raleigh and studied Computer Science at NC State University. He joined the WingSwept team shortly after graduating honors in 2020. As a developer, he helps maintain WingSwept’s technology stack. Before working at WingSwept, Joseph was the head teacher at a company that specializes in teaching kids how to code. When not at work, he enjoys playing videogames and hanging out with friends.
Kevin Sparger Technical Services Director

Kevin was born in California and moved to Virginia when he was seven. A graduate of Oakton High School, Kevin went to George Mason University where he met his wife. Kevin has two great daughters and currently lives in Front Royal, Virginia. His mother-in-law lives with him, and his parents live nearby too. Kevin has a close family, and the long haul between the office and home is worth the view he has at home! Fun Fact: Kevin enjoys string archery and has an indoor archery range on his property.

Kyle Lewis Systems Analyst

Kyle joined the WingSwept team in 2021, shortly after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Supply Chain Management from Appalachian State University. Kyle is eager to learn and grow and enjoys working with technology. On the weekends he likes to relax outside and keep up to date on tech news.
Laura Cedeno-Vargas Vertical Markets Customer Service

Laura was born in Bogota, Colombia. She moved to Raleigh, NC in 2017. Laura has a burning passion for design, marketing, and photography and is currently attending the University of North Carolina at Pembroke to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. When not at work or school, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her dogs and other pets.
Lauren Minard Vertical Markets Customer Service

Lauren grew up in Cary, NC and is the oldest of 3 sisters. She currently lives in Garner with her husband Andy and son Clark. Lauren studied video production in college, but before starting at WingSwept, she mostly worked doing freelance marketing and design for local businesses. She enjoys graphic design, crafting, reading, coffee dates with friends, a good Netflix binge, and spending time with her family.

Laurie Aldridge Office Manager

Prior to joining the WingSwept team in 2014, Laurie had worked as an insurance agent, office manager, and stay-at-home mom. When she isn’t hard at work making sure everything is running smoothly, you might find her at one of her favorite places, the beach. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
Leigh Ford Staff Accountant

Leigh grew up in the Raleigh area and joined the WingSwept team in 2016 upon moving back to Garner following 8 years in the western NC mountains. She brings a diverse background ranging from studying music, business administration, and literature to experience in banking and restaurant management. Leigh is certified in Intuit QuickBooks and holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Banking & Finance from Fayetteville State University. When not working, she enjoys playing board and video games, learning Krav Maga, listening to music and going to concerts, and watching sci-fi, comedy, and football. A few of her other many passions include reading, obstacle course racing, solving puzzles, baking, and exploring new places and ideas.
Mark Hurst Senior Governance Risk and Compliance Consultant

Mark retired from the U.S. Navy in 2011 after serving for 26 years as a Cryptologic Officer. While on active duty, he completed a tour as a Vice Presidential Communications Officer at the White House and as an Information System Security Program Manager for the Navy's NSA affiliated systems at Fort Meade, Maryland. After retiring, he pursued a similar path in industry, providing specialized intellectual services to a major U.S. Agency CISO and working as a Project Manager for compliance related programs for two U.S. Federal and State Health care initiatives. Tragically born a New York Jets fan in the Joe Namath era, he is also the father of two adult children and now resides with his wife of 30+ years (Kim), in rural Newbern, Virginia.

Mark Whetstone Systems Analyst

Mark was born and raised in Northern Virginia and is a Northern Virginia Community College graduate. Mark has a strong background in customer service. He also loves to take things apart and see what makes them tick. He takes the approach that nobody knows the right thing to do all of the time but the successful among us continue to simply “do.” Never settle. Always be expanding your mind.
Matt Keith Customer Success Manager

Matt was born in Maryland but considers himself a native North Carolinian, having spent the majority of his life in Eastern NC. The Triangle has been "home" for Matt since 2018. He has spent most of his professional life working in customer service and security. Ready to take his career in a new direction, Matt began pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity in June 2022 through Wake Tech and joined WingSwept in September 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. Outside of work, Matt enjoys taking trips to the Outer Banks, playing video games, watching sports, and hanging out with his girlfriend and their two cats, Ophelia and Nathaniel.
Matt Uribe Systems Analyst

Matt was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado-Denver. Matt has worked in customer/client facing roles since he was 16, which sparked his passion for meeting and building connections with new people. Matt comes from a sales background but has always had a passion for working with computers and technology and solving complex technical problems. Matt’s hobbies include playing racquetball, playing/watching basketball, and critiquing pizza that isn’t from Chicago.

Michael Johnson Network Engineer

Michael came to WingSwept straight from North Carolina State University where he majored in Information Systems. He has a passion for IT and enjoys troubleshooting and helping clients overcome technological challenges in their businesses. Outside of work, when he's not playing with computers, you may find him hanging out with his wife and two kids.
Nathan Clements Systems Analyst

Nathan spent his childhood in Virginia Beach, Virginia, but ultimately landed in Garner with a family of his own. He has always had a passion for computers, but also enjoys Basketball, Carpentry, and spending time with his wife and children. Nathan is diligently working on certifications to further his IT career.
Nick Ramspeck Sales Development Representative

Nick was born in San Antonio where he lived until going off to college. He went to the University of Texas at Austin and received his degree in Communication and Leadership with a minor in Business. He moved to Chapel Hill with his girlfriend who is getting her PHD in chemistry at UNC. In his free time, Nick likes everything outdoors including fishing and camping. Before working at WingSwept, he was a salesman in the solar industry in both Texas and Atlanta. Nick likes playing just about any sport and competed in wrestling in high school.

Nick Smith, SPHR HR Manager

Nick is a North Carolina native, originally from High Point before moving to Raleigh for school and eventually settling in Garner. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from NCSU (BSBA, 2009) and a Master’s degree from SEBTS (MDiv, 2015). Nick joined WingSwept in 2015 and loves being a part of the team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, sharing meals with friends, discussing the Bible, and playing sports, especially flag football and ultimate frisbee.
Nyla Blanding Marketing Coordinator

Nyla is a North Carolina native, originally from Lillington, NC before moving to work at WingSwept in 2022. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Arts Administration from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2021. She enjoys reading, watching Hulu, and spending time with her friends and family.
Ryan Cich Professional Services Director

Ryan has more than 20 years of technology, marketing and business process experience. His passion for technology and collaboration began while attending college. After college and before Facebook, Twitter and other social media, he developed a collaborative online experience called “Touching Base” for his geographically diverse group of friends to share about happenings in their lives. Ryan holds IBM/Lotus Certifications and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Ryan lives with his wife, twin daughters, and son in Ashburn, Virginia. In his free time he enjoys time with family, golfing, skiing, fishing, and hiking.

Ryan is originally from upstate New York, where he earned a master's degree in business administration. After multiple trips to North Carolina to visit friends and avoid the cold weather in New York, he decided to relocate to Raleigh. Before moving, Ryan spent 3 years working as a teacher in Utica, NY. Ryan loves music (being both a drummer and frequent concert attendee), working out, and playing/watching soccer- let’s go Tottenham!
Steven Friend Customer Success Team Lead

Steven is originally from Falls Church, VA. He attended Emory and Henry College where he earned a degree in Sports Management. Steven spent 3 years working in education, 8 years in Federal Law Enforcement, and a year coaching college football before life brought him and his wife to North Carolina in 2021. In his spare time, he enjoys playing flag football, softball, and any other sport he can attempt, as well as doing anything outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
Tim Fenn Software Implementation and Support Specialist

Tim was born and raised in Wilson, NC. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University, an interesting turn of events led him down an unexpected career path. He worked in the Forms and Labels industry for 5 years as a Composition Specialist before joining WingSwept in 2022 and returning to his original calling. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and their cats. He also loves video games, 90s comic books, and other miscellaneous geeky things.

Victor Duncan Software Implementation and Support Specialist

After growing up in Ohio and completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration and international business from Youngstown State University, Victor moved to Raleigh to start his professional career. With previous experience in manufacturing and customer service, Victor decided to join the WingSwept team to further understand and excel in sales processes and the service industry. When he’s not at work, he spends time in the kitchen whipping up new creations, or he’s out somewhere fishing.
Wesley Dowling Network Engineer

Wesley is a long-time resident of the DC Metro area, born in Takoma Park, Maryland, now living in Alexandria VA. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University. Wesley has been a small business IT specialist for over 30 years, with experience both as an onsite IT manager and as a support engineer and IT consultant. Over the years he has refined his white-glove, concierge-style approach to delivering client-focused IT service and solutions. Outside of work he enjoys local live music, bicycling, camping, cooking, and fast cars.
