Proactive IT Support
We will keep your computer network running smoothly by quickly addressing issues before they cause downtime. This is done by optimizing and proactively monitoring your servers to keep them fast and free of viruses & malware. We will also monitor the desktops, laptops, and mobile devices that connect to these servers to ensure they are providing your employees with the necessary resources to be productive.
As a function of proactive IT support, we provide comprehensive patch management for over 90 common third–party programs, as well as workstation performance improvement. We also offer line–of–business application support (e.g. accounting software, design software, ERP, etc.), including implementation, ongoing support, routine updates, as well as architecting and managing the infrastructure to support those applications.
Quarterly Business Reviews
To ensure our support remains aligned with your up–to–date business goals, we work with you to define a schedule for regular technology reviews. Your dedicated primary and secondary Customer Success Managers will meet with your management team to discuss valuable information relevant to your business, industry, and unique technology needs. This includes administrative items, like forecasting your future IT expenses, a 3–year plan for hardware and renewals, and detailed reports on your IT assets, as well as topical updates around security, compliance, and emerging technologies.

WHY CHOOSE WINGSWEPT FOR MANAGED IT SERVICES?
Satisfied clients are our top priority. We believe that the best way to achieve this is to foster long– standing relationships between clients and engineers. We prioritize employee training and maintain a healthy ratio of clients to engineers. This ensures that our customers benefit from working with engineers who understand their users’ needs and provide the attention they deserve. As a result, most of our clients have been with us for over 10 years despite having zero long–term contracts.
Unlike many other IT service providers, we take a holistic approach to IT solutions. When making recommendations, we not only factor in productivity concerns, but also believe that cybersecurity, reputation, and employee morale are important considerations. We do all of this with the understanding that solutions must be cost effective.
Take IT from our Clients
“They act with the same sense of urgency as if their network were attacked and live a ‘we’ve-got-your-back’ attitude. The speed, scale, and scope of their incident response are impressive. Not only do they quickly address the current incident, but they are also keen to identify any other areas of weakness and offer strong, sensible solutions.”

“Your team always figures out what I need when I don’t know what I need! Even without knowing technical terms, understanding remote service, and managing on-site PC and personal devices, your team makes sense of the problem and solves it. You all are highly responsive and time efficient without making me feel as though I am clueless–even when I am. Thank you.”
