A Great Place To Work

Why Employee Ownership Matters

Employee ownership doesn’t just feel different—it performs differently. Here’s how being part of an ESOP creates real advantages for every team member.

More likely to be involved in decision-making

More likely to receive training

Lower turnover than traditional firms

ESOPs are More likely to retain employees during downturns

Employee Stock Ownership Program

WingSwept created a long-term strategy for the existing owners to pass along their values, the culture, and the stability of the company to the employees who become owners over time—without having to pay for their ownership. This structure gives employees a real stake in the business while preserving the legacy of what we’ve built. ESOPs not only boost retirement savings—they help close the wealth gap and create long-term financial security.

Employee-Owned, Team-Driven

Every team member’s voice is heard and valued. Whether you’re sharing ideas in meetings or collaborating on projects, our environment encourages open communication and mutual respect. As an employee-owned company, we know that when people have a real stake in the outcome, they show up differently.

ESOP companies like ours are built on open dialogue and shared purpose:

    • Employees are 25% more likely to be involved in decision-making

    • Employees are 2x more likely to receive training from their employer

    • This leads to more opportunities to grow, contribute, and truly be heard at every level

A Culture of Connection and Commitment

From friendly ping pong tournaments to volunteer events and monthly lunches, there are plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of work. We believe that building genuine relationships makes us stronger as a team.

At ESOP companies, that sense of connection runs deep:

    • Turnover is nearly 3x lower than at traditional firms

    • During economic downturns, ESOPs are 6x more likely to retain employees

    • Teams are more likely to stick together and support one another through challenges

That’s why we have a dedicated Care Team—a cross-functional group of employees, led by our Ministry Coordinator, committed to walking alongside team members during times of need or meaningful life moments. Whether it’s a personal hardship, a family emergency, or a major life event, the Care Team is here to offer support and encouragement. All requests remain anonymous to the team, with the Ministry Coordinator serving as the confidential liaison to ensure privacy while coordinating care and assistance.

I love working at WingSwept! I’ve been with many different companies over the years and WingSwept really goes out of their way to make this a great place to work.  The cultural events that we have are many and varied to make sure no one is excluded.  They do such a good job of hiring people that fit in, it makes office life fun, and that’s not something you can say about most other companies!
