Known for his sales acumen and consultative approach, Louis takes pride in understanding each client’s challenges and connecting them with solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance. A Raleigh, North Carolina native, Louis enjoys leading the push for state and local opportunities with CMTS, helping agencies across the country strengthen their oversight capabilities. Outside of work, Louis is an avid golfer, an enthusiastic cook, and enjoys camping whenever he gets the chance. Around the office, he is also known as an ascending ping pong competitor, proudly regarding himself as “premier player” despite a humbling 7th place finish in his most recent tournament.
